Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the e-Invoice.my platform, websites, and associated billing automation tools operated by Akureka SDN BHD ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing e-Invoice.my, creating an invoice, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access the platform.

e-Invoice.my provides browser-based invoicing and estimation software, vector PDF rendering, multi-currency conversion, payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, Billplz), and regional tax compliance tools (including US Sales Tax, UK/EU VAT, and Malaysia SST/LHDN MyInvois).

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account or workspace.
• Accurate Business Details: You certify that all business registration credentials, tax identifiers, bank routing numbers, and invoice item details provided are authentic, accurate, and lawful.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to generate fraudulent invoices, engage in phishing, distribute malicious payloads, or attempt to circumvent API rate limits or subscription tier seat quotas.

• Free Tier: Provided without mandatory subscription fees subject to periodic feature boundaries and document limits.
• Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Business): Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your user dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by statutory consumer protection laws or where service outages exceed guaranteed uptime thresholds.

e-Invoice.my offers automated tax calculators (such as SST 8%, VAT, and US Sales Tax presets) as an operational tool. You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, reporting requirements, and compliance with local tax authorities (including the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia / LHDN or your national tax agency). Akureka SDN BHD does not provide certified legal, auditing, or tax advisory services.

• Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all invoice text, line items, logos, customer lists, and financial figures input into the platform.
• Platform IP: The platform source code, graphic assets, template designs, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Akureka SDN BHD.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Akureka SDN BHD, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, invoice disputes with your clients, or temporary service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
